Job description
This position is on contract basis with a software consulting company. We need someone comfortable working in a team. We assure you of professional working environment and ample learning opportunities. You should be accomplished in creating high-quality software documentation, templates and user guides/manuals. Exposure in research subjects by analyzing reference materials and gathering information about target audience needs will be helpful.
Required Candidate profile
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Must have at least 2 years of solid experience in similar profile
- Determine the needs of end users of technical documentation
- Research and build knowledge about the products, services, technology or concepts to be documented
- Able to understand and write in explanatory and procedural styles for multiple audiences
- Organize and write supporting documents for respective projects
- Prepares Graphics and illustrations to elaborate on or compliment technical writing
- Standardize content across platforms and media
- Revise, edit or update instructions, technical information, and frequently asked questions as necessary.
