Job description
Responsibilities:
* Define Key Performance Indicators (KPI) for the projects along with the client.* Planning and conducting requirement definition, gap-analysis, functional and technical solution design sessions with the client.
* Develop a budget and road map for all the project phases in these projects and managing scope, schedule, issues, and risk.
* Creating and managing an overall program plan to deliver the multiple phases of the projects. Each phase would follow the full project life cycle of initiation, planning, execution, monitoring & controlling and closure.
* Conduct high-pressure and very complex client demonstration of application to finalize the functional solution, integration design and analytics requirements.
* Managing application configurations and customization development by aligning skilled resources.
* Plan, coordinate and facilitate functional and technical training to key users and User Acceptance Testing.
* Getting functional and technical documents prepared and submitted for the client sign off.
* Develop data migration plan for testing, pre-prod and production phases.
* Implementing and managing changes and interventions to ensure project goals are achieved.
* Planning production cutover activities, instance management planning, and ensuring to provide mission critical 24/7 support after go-live.
* Always implement best practices in the area of ERP, Global HR, Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, projects.
* Producing accurate and timely reporting of project status throughout its life cycle.
* Managing project financials and the defined project KPIs.
* Selected candidate must be comfortable to travel or shift to US with or without family.
Education:
UG :B.Tech/B.E. in Electrical, B.Tech/B.E. in Electronics/Telecommunication, B.Tech/B.E. in Computers
