Job description
Responsibilities Include :
1. Determine the needs of end users of technical documentation
2. Study product features and talk with product team and developers
3. Work with technical staff to make products easier to use and thus need fewer instructions
4. Organize and write supporting documents for products
5. Use photographs, drawings, diagrams, animation, and charts that increase users- understanding
6. Select appropriate medium for message or audience, such as manuals or online videos
7. Revise documents from time to time
