Key Responsibilities

Looking to hire a Senior Technical Writer to perform the responsibilities listed below, and with the required experience and qualifications:
Responsibilities

1. Work with System Architects, Software Developers, Test, and Marketing teams to obtain an in-depth understanding of the product and the documentation requirements and convert the same into user-friendly manuals
2. Excellent experience and skills in creating and delivering online help. Expertise in RoboHelp.
3. Maintain and enhance product documentation for ongoing product releases.
4. Develop user guides, administration guides, alarms documentation, installation guides, and online help
5. Analyze existing and potential content, focusing on customer requirements and opportunities
6. Develop and deliver documentation for multiple projects and for multiple customers
7. Produce high-quality documentation that meets applicable standards and is appropriate for its intended audience
8. Write easy-to-understand user interface text, online help and developer guides

Requirements
1. At least 10-12 years' experience in technical writing with experience in Networking and Telecommunication projects
2. Excellent communication skills and is detail oriented
3. Experience managing documentation schedules, reviews, and approval processes
4. Very good customer focus
5. Experience in producing documentation plans and content plans
6. Ability to multitask and work on multiple projects and maintain quality outputs
7. Excellent written skills in English
8. Familiarity with the SDLC and software development
9. Very good to excellent experience in FrameMaker, RoboHelp, Adobe, SnagIT
10. Good team player and willingness to learn
11. University degree in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent preferred
