You will be responsible for providing high-quality documentation that contributes to the overall success of our products. You will join a team of talented technicians who work collaboratively with developers, quality engineers, product managers and usability experts to make our products easier to use. This position requires a basic understanding of the pharma industry.
Reporting: You will report to a Project Manager within Prescients India office
Key Responsibilities
Produce high-quality documentation including but not limited to user interface manuals, reference guides, tooltips, etc., for the intended audience
Work with internal teams to obtain an in-depth understanding of the product and documentation requirements
Research, write, edit, and proofread complex technical documents and convert them into highly impactful documents
Create tutorials to help end-users use a variety of applications
Analyse existing content and suggest how to reuse it as well as apply single sourcing

Required Candidate profile
Required Experience and Skills- A bachelors degree with up to 4 years of experience working as a business and/or technical writer, preferably in pharma
- Excellent English written and verbal communication skills
- Basic familiarity with SDLC and software development
- The ability to write in an Agile environment is essential
- Knowledge of American vs. British English is desirable
- A working knowledge of tools such as Snagit, HelpNDoc, MS Word
- Ability to work as an individual contributor and take ownership
- Attention to detail
- Results-focused, process- and quality-oriented.
