Role :
We are looking for a Technical Writer to produce high- quality documentation that contributes to the overall success of our products. You will work alongside the technical and teams and stakeholders across all business functions creating lucid, consistent, easy to understand and easy to consume technical documentation of radix products and services.
Skills/Responsibilities :
- Analyze the functional and technical specifications of product and design/edit high quality and user- friendly print documentation and interactive manuals for end users to teach them how to operate and maintain the products of the company.
- Design and implement new learning tools like PDF- based documents, Online Help, Knowledge Base, and Frequently Asked Questions for internal and external audiences of the company or knowledge dissemination tools to promote products in the target markets.
- Independently gather information from subject matter experts to develop, organize, and write procedure manuals, technical specifications, and process documentation
Qualifications:
- Education:Degree in Computer Science or Information Technology or English/Literature or similar with programming knowledge
- 2 to 4 years industry experience with an analytical bent of mind and the ability to understand complex technical documents and programming logic, and an excellent command over the English Language with good comprehension, vocabulary, and grammar
- Good visualisation skills to convert complex ideas into visual representations
- Previous experience in API writing using Apiary or similar for a product based company will be a strong plus
- Knowledge of MS Office, HTML, XML, Snag IT.
