Job description

. You will operate without supervision and will work in an Agile environment collaborating closely with the Engineering team. You will effectively plan, schedule, research, and write.

A week in the life of a Principal Technical Writer:

You will define the target audience and document components.

You will outline manuals and write documentation that is technically accurate and conforms to company's style.

You will contribute to the development and maintenance of professional documentation, templates and style guides as per standards.

You will obtain product information from specifications, supplemental material, and discussions with project engineers.

You will work in an Agile environment and deliver according to expectations of the Agile setting.

Knowledge, Skills and Experience:

To do this job, you need to have ability to write documentation that is technically accurate and conforms to the company's writing style guidelines. You need to have general application knowledge and user awareness. Have experience with tools like Robo Help, Framemaker or Flare.
