Job description
Should be able to develop operation and maintenance manuals based on understanding on project scope through given input documents such as capable of reading drawings like PID, PFD, logic controls, Alarm-Trip Matrix and Control Documents
Process knowledge on various water treatment process such as Ultra filtration, Membrane Bio-reactor, Multimedia Filters, Mixed Bed, Reverse Osmosis, SWRO, BWRO, Electrodeionization, EDR, BPED etc.
Good knowledge on Digital/ Analog Instruments specifically on Valves, Pumps, Switches and Transmitters measuring Flow, Level, Pressure, Temperature etc.,
Commissioning & Startup experience, Operation & maintenance experience of waste water and drinking water treatment plants automation systems (Controllers, IO Modules, HMI/SCADA systems)
Basic working knowledge such as backup/restore of PLC/HMI/ SCADA programs, getting online with controller using necessary software tools
Experience on Integrated Testing of HMI/SCADA systems with Controllers.
Good knowledge on Network protocols (Ethernet, ControlNet, DeviceNet, Modbus, Profibus, Profinet)
Interact with Product Engineers / Project teams to understand and gather the functional requirements.
*Gather usability feedback from customers, designers, and manufacturers.
Excellent writing skills to be able to explain technical information clearly.
Qualification:
B.E in Chemical/ Electrical/ Instrumentation/ Mechanical

8 - 14 years
