JOB SUMMARY

The Proposal Author will play a key role in delivering a customized response to the Rfx received from end clients. To deliver this, the proposal author/manager will work closely with the deal/bid teams and other key stakeholders.
Position in Austria Switzerland Germany (ASG) Proposal CoE
Work Location: Mumbai, Pune, Bangalore

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Providing tailored/customized deal centric proposal content
Co-ordinate with key stakeholders such as Solution Architects, Transition Managers, Commercials team, SMEs to gather inputs and articulate them in the response
Engaging with a range of other internal support teams to source and validate sales information, such as Marketing, Alliance, Capability, Competitive Intelligence, etc.
Supporting for orals preparation
Identifying and securing approval of appropriate credentials and case studies for proposal responses
He/She will be responsible for end to end proposal management and authoring for the proposals/deals.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS (BULLETS)

Educational qualification
15 years of education
Good to have BE or MBA degree

PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS

Previous proposal authoring experience of 2-4 years
Experience of 4-6 years in IT Industry
Has a good understanding of services within IT Industry (Application Development /Application Maintainence, etc.)
Exposure to solutioning, delivery, commercials, etc. will be of added advantage
Inquisitive and resourceful and an ability to work in a fast moving environment
Attention to detail and focus on quality (both proposal writing and proof reading)
Good communication skills with good command over English language both written and verbal.
