Job description

uspay is looking to hire a technical writer with passion towards technology to create content for its payment solutions product. Tech writers will work collaboratively with developers and product managers to produce documentation for make our products easier to use.

Prospective candidates will be working on

● Work with internal teams to obtain an in-depth understanding of the product and the documentation requirements
● Analyse frequent product queries and create user reference manuals for reuse
● Develop and maintain new user documentation, including product overviews, step-by- step procedures, troubleshooting information, best practices, white papers, and FAQs.
● Maintain and update knowledge bank on day to day product updates

Requirements

● Ability to deliver high quality documentation paying attention to detail
● Ability to quickly grasp complex technical concepts and make them easily understandable in text and pictures
● Excellent communication skills in English
● Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
● Prior experience in API documentation is preferred
