Job description

IPC JD:

Position : Technical Author _ Airbus IPC

Exp level : 1 - 8 Years.

Responsibilities and Duties :

• Contribute in the creation/modification/revision of the manual content for the Airbus IPC for Airbus A320-FAM, A330-FAM, A380 and A350 programs.
• Understand and follow the impact analysis to create the content to meet the change request.
• Perform review of work orders completed by authors.
• Follow the processes and standards defined for the project. Perform the Internal and external rejection analysis for every rejection code, discuss in Knowledge sharing sessions and ensure prevention of rejections, maintaining quality KPI
• Participate in peer-reviews and follow the review cycles to ensure the Right First time
• Able to perform Root Cause Analysis for any rejections & take preventive actions
• Ability to train new comers both for technical competence and process adherence
• Ability to develop content for Knowledge and Training Sessions

AMM JD:

Position : Technical Author _ Airbus AMM/AM/TSM/FI

Exp level : 1 - 8 Years.

Responsibilities and Duties :

• Contribute in the creation/modification/revision of the manual content for the Airbus AMM for all Airbus programs.
• Understand and follow the impact analysis (RFR, PWO etc) to create the content to meet the change request.
• Experience on DACAS, GYPSY, GIDOCA, Tech Request etc.
• Perform review of work orders completed by authors.
• Follow the processes and standards defined for the project. Perform the Internal and external rejection analysis for every rejection code, discuss in Knowledge sharing sessions and ensure prevention of rejections, maintaining quality KPI
• Participate in peer-reviews and follow the review cycles to ensure the Right First time
• Able to perform Root Cause Analysis for any rejections & take preventive actions
• Ability to train new comers both for technical competence and process adherence
