Job Requirement :

In this role, you have the opportunity to work as Technical Writer on problems of moderate scope where the analysis of technical data requires a review of a variety of factors using Root Cause Analysis. The development of the solution requires a multi-disciplinary approach and knowledge of basic product data writing principles, -theories and -concepts. Formulates the solution for (technical) partial problems by combining previous experiences based upon technical analysis and product data writing (feasibility) studies.
You are responsible for
Prepare the content for Technical Service Manuals
To prepare service documentation using ST4, with quality & on time
Builds product knowledge & understands structure / CMS of existing manuals in ST4
Collects required inputs from SI, R&D in available pieces, keeps joining the pieces to build bigger picture
Co-ordinates with SI, R&D for review of deliverables
To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience
Technical Skills : SCHEMA ST4/ other CMS Expert, Worked as Technical Writer preferably for Medical devices
Quality mindset, Attention to details, hardworking, Continuous working on PC with reasonable breaks, Willingness to work on systems hands-on.
Qualification: Engineering Graduate : Electronics, Software , Mechanical, Biomedical Engg. Certification course in technical writing / Post graduation in technical writing
