Job description

Any Graduate with 2-5 yrs of Exp in Technical Documentation. Research, interact with SME (Subject Matter Experts) and gathers information independently. Analyse audience, documentation requirements, and other relevant specs. Review and edit technical documents. Format and structure technical documents like software product descriptions, release notes, and design documents. Excellent writing, organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills. Knowledge and proficiency in authoring tools. Understand documentation process and life cycle. Understand project norms and metrics. Ability to handle basic graphics for documents. Experienced in one or more technical domains. Ability to work both independently and as part of the software and technical publications teams. Engineering degree, or an equivalent technical qualification would be preferred.

Required Candidate profile

Should have work Experience in Tools like Modular Documentation, XML, Technical Documentation, Server Documentation, API Guides, Application Notes and Data Sheets. Should be go-getter, work under pressure, resolve the queries on-time. Should have Excellent Communication skills.
