Location: Bengaluru, Chennai

Responsibilities:

Analyze training requirements and learner profile. Perform task and/or content analysis. Develop the course structure.
Identify instructional end goals for different types of training deliverables and create content that matches them.
Coordinate with Subject Matter Experts to identify the content scope, build training and review end products.
Develop high level and detailed design documents for Classroom and Self-paced training delivery types
Build SAP training deliverables including Power Point Presentations, Workbooks, Job Aids, Quick Reference Guides, E-learning Storyboards, Rapid E-learnings, Trouble Shooting Guides, User Manuals, Process Flows, and System Based Training Simulations etc.
Create formative and summative assessments for individual training deliverables and for training programs
Visualize instructional graphics
Maintain training files and content documentation
Apply tested instructional design theories, practice and methods

Experience/Skills:

The Senior Instructional Designer will have at least 4-6 years relevant experience in Instructional Design preferably in Technical Training.
Interdisciplinary business knowledge and cross-cultural competency
Commitment and passion for learning and technology
Ability to synthesize information from various sources
Proven organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
Excellent verbal and written communication
Expert in English Language
Proficiency with programs such as Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, WebEx, Lync and SharePoint
Expert in Rapid Authoring and Simulation software including Articulate, Captivate, Uperform etc.
Demonstrated ability to learn and apply new technology quickly
Customer service orientation
Demonstrated ability to be successful in ambiguous environments
Ability to work independently with less supervision
Strategic thinking/problem solving skills
Demonstrated initiative and commitment for results and the ability to set priorities
Resilient and able to adapt to a fast and dynamic work environment
