Technical Content Writer

• Experience: 2 - 4 years
• Excellent command of the English language (Written)
• Should have worked on the content creation /technical writing projects (not marketing/not SEO expert)
• Knowledge of on-page SEO and CMS (WordPress) is FAVOURABLE.
• Deep Technical knowledge is ESSENTIAL for this position. (Frameworks, stacks, virtualization, containers, microservices, cloud, API, programming concepts. Knowledge of operating systems and networks/OSI model. Familiarity with network protocols. Knowledge of VPAT/penetration testing and other cybersecurity concepts).
• Essential knowledge: Cybersecurity concepts - should be familiar with all the terminology: DDoS attacks, malware, ransomware, phishing, spear phishing, whaling, penetration testing, white hat hacker, black hat hacker, ethical hacker, zero day attacks, etc.)
• Security/technical certification is PREFERRED. (Any of these: CEH, CISSP, CompTIA A+, MCSE, Network+, Cisco certification)

Responsibilities: Technical Content Writer

1. Create content properties with a Marketing pitch that drive cross-platform interaction for the brand

2. Work with creative team, to create and deploy quality content, across digital communication channels

3. Ensure adherence to brand and internal guidelines for communication across digital channels

4. Execute editorial calendars and content programs for various digital platforms like blogs, websites, microsites etc.

5. Submit work to subject matter experts for input and approval
