-Telecom/networking/Contact centre background with a strong track record of delivering quality documentation for the end users/customers
-To handle Cisco Unified Contact Centre Express documentation. -Creating documentation plans on an epic level and to actively participate in user story grooming to analyze the associated documentation impacts.
-Ability to work comfortably in both waterfall and agile models.
-Integration and testing Cisco products to setup a contact centre for the customer
-To prepare, publish and maintain documents such as Installation and configuration guide, Documentation guide, -Design guide, Administrator guide, Release notes, and License guide.
