Job Description:

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

The main purpose of this job is to provide specialized knowledge to:
Defect management Coordination:

1. Assist MOC Duty Manager in creating work orders related to deferred defects, troubleshooting or miscellaneous category
2. Assist MOC Duty Manager & Defect Cell Analyst in delay & defect management under following categories:

• Compiling Daily Engineering Maintenance report to provide of status of fleet, maintenance performed, status of deferred defects and any other irregularities observed on day to day basis.
• Weekly technical synopsis to communicate fleet issues & recommendations to the airline
• Deferred defect ( ADD/CDD & MEL) management
• Repetitive & Recurrent defect analysis & follow up
• Technical recommendation to the Airline in the form of recommendation sheet to perform troubleshooting and/or propose preventive maintenance

Line & Material Engineering Planning:

• Coordinate with TSP Planning to ensure all non-routine work orders issued by MOC are tracked & planned for execution as per assigned timelines
• Assist MOC Duty Manager in identifying Parts/Materials/Tools/Consumables required to execute non routine work orders issued by MOC & coordinate with Logistics/MRO/Airline MCC to ensure availability synchronized to assigned timeliness
•  Assist MOC Duty Manager in applying AOG process and coordinate with all relevant stakeholders to ensure an efficient recovery plan
