TECHNICAL RECORDS OFFICER
Job Description:
- Updating the Block Hours and Flight time and all other data available in Tech Log Page are recorded in AMASIS as per sector wise of respective aircrafts, creation of WO for the Pilot defect report or Maintenance defect report and rectification action taken, linking the same to the respective TL in AMASIS. Recording the Fuel uplift details including browser uplift in Liters with SG.
- Recording all the details of Non routine card including date, Defect/damage, action taken, ATA, authorized AME details and all the relevant data mentioned.
- Performing Component Transactions, updating the aircraft kardex by performing IN/OUT transactions as per WO/NRC in AMASIS along with the ARC(serviceable tag)
- Calculating a/c Flight Hrs/cyc, Block Hrs, Apu Hrs/Cyc and Engine Hrs/cyc for the preparation of aircraft monthly utilization report and logbook requirements.
- Ensure accuracy of contents for routine and non-routine maintenance .Close work packages after review .Ensure that MIS is updated and take appropriate action for incomplete work.
- Review DFP for the Correctness and cross verifying the same with AMASIS system for proper recording.
- Updating the Records inventory for the Received/archived documents.
- Maintaining the aircraft documents borrowing register
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage AMASIS ERP modules related to technical records for TLP, Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance performed along components data for TCI /LLP updation.
- Review records as per the procedure established for correctness completeness and proper recording
Specialized knowledge and skills:
- Good knowledge about Airbus aircraft publications, TCI/LLP component applicability, ARC and Induction process.
- Re-delivery of Aircraft process
