Job Description:
- Creation/Revision of Component Maintenance Manuals, Aircraft Maintenance
- Manuals, Illustrated Parts Catalogue (IPC), and Structural Repair Manual
- Organize material and complete writing assignment according to set standards regarding order,
- clarity, conciseness, style and/or terminology.
- Ability to create simple illustrations for Illustrated Parts List and other pageblocks of CMM.
Skill Set Required:
- Strong working knowledge on Arbortext Epic Editor, Corena CSDB, or any Content Management Systems and Adobe Framemaker
- Working knowledge on PLM tools like Teamcenter and Ennovia
- Familiar with XML, SGML, and resolving the XML parsing errors
- Good knowledge on ASD S1000D Issue 4.1 and 4.0, ATA iSpec 2200 and Simplified Technical English Issue 6
- Good oral and writing skills, ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
- Must be able to communicate effectively with internal and external customers
- Working knowledge of illustration tools (Isodraw 7.3), 3DVIA and Catia will add advantage.
- Experience of working on Nacelle products like Thrust Reverser, Inlet Cowl, and Engine Build Units will add advantage.
- Willingness to work in extremely tight schedules, while still not neglecting the value of attention to details and subsequently delivering high quality work.
