JOB DESCRIPTION

Create high quality deliverables (both text and multimedia) for a range of solutions within SAP Cloud for Customer.
Participate in projects to improve deliverables, processes and content.
Work closely with development and product management to proofread and edit content for linguistic correctness, readability, usability and correct terminology.
Proactively acquire product knowledge and learn new skills emerging in the user assistance domain. Participate actively in product enablement.
Gather feedback on user assistance content from internal stakeholders, and adequately respond to customer feedback via communities or tickets.
Act as an advocate for user experience within our unit and to this objective, work in close collaboration with product management, development and UX teams.
Work with global teams and possess good organization skills and the ability to work independently.

Required Candidate profile

2- 8 years of Professional experience in information development preferred.
Preferred - University degree (for example, in technical writing or a related subject, such as languages, translation or communication studies)
First language proficiency in English with excellent communication, writing and grammar skills
Experience in working with MS Office applications (especially MS Word and MS PowerPoint)
Preferred - excellent working knowledge of DITA content management system and Adobe Captivate.
Flexibility and readiness to work with global teams.
