Job description
Should have experience of 8-12 years
Approximately 5+ years of experience in Technical Writing and Communication.
A degree in English (or similar) from a major university.
Solid grasp of writing and communicating in the English language.
Technical understanding, particularly in Storage products .
Understanding of storage technologies and data storage management.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google G Suite.
Experience with technical graphics (2D/3D) applications, such as Adobe Illustrator , Madcap Flare

Job Responsibilities:
Editing and writing technical documentation, including user guides, tutorials, release notes, etc
Learning to document information from Subject Matter Experts for specific products across the Platform and Product Engineering

Work Location : Pune , Hinjawadi-Phase-1.
Required Candidate profile
Candidates with an Experience in Creating Open Source guides /User Manuals & guides . Domain experience in Cloud Storage areas is a plus . Basic Programming knowledge in C , C++ , Javascript, Java , JSON is a bonus .
Whitepaper experience is double bonus.
Release Notes, Technical Documentation, Graphics, Madcap Flare, Product Engineering, Ms Office, Technical Writing.
