Technical Content Writer

Job Summary :

Auxo Technology Lab is looking for a Technical Content Writer to join our team in our office. The Technical Content Writer will be responsible for all web-marketing traffic and generating brand awareness through content creation and promotion.

Responsibilities :

• Responsible for developing and delivering accurate and timely documentation
• Follows standard technical writing and content development practices under general direction.
• Demonstrates initiative and may participate in process improvement activities.
• Is familiar with prevalent software development methodologies.
• Implements content plans that include user stories.
• Research and write informative website content, articles, and blogs with the perfect blend of creative and technical writing skills.
• Publishes content to a variety of outputs, including PDF documents, web pages, wikis, videos, and online help systems.
• May participate in social media discussions related to technical content and information experience
• Incorporates editorial feedback to ensure that company style and standards are appropriately expressed in technical content and media.
• Learn to leverage a variety of information sources including bug comments, whiteboard discussions, community forums, knowledge transfer, and third-party website and original equipment manufacturer (OEM) content.
• Learns to support localization activities.

Requirements:

• Strong writing skills.
• Understanding of technical content authoring workflows
• Experience in developing unique content for collaterals website, blogs, technical help guides, emailers, brochure, ppt, etc.
• Experience documenting in a fast-paced, development environment
• Ability to balance multiple tasks in a dynamic environment
• Anticipates issues and addresses proactively
• Fast learner who can come up to speed quickly
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Possesses a positive and enthusiastic attitude for the work, the product, and the technologies.
