Job Description
Required Skills, Knowledge & Experience
- Must have a portfolio of work with 5-8 years of technical documentation experience that demonstrates excellent writing skills, preferably in financial industry domains
- Prior experience of working in a product development organization with Agile methodology is preferred
- Should have experience writing documents that describe an application programming interface (API)
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office such as Word, Powerpoint, Adobe Acrobat (PDF) is a must
- Demonstrated experience with FrameMaker and Robohelp/RoboHTML
- Experience using XML tools for documentation is preferred
- knowledgeable about REST, HTTP, Postman, Git & Workflow
