Job description
Experience required: 

• Experience in content writing for software  

• Creating/updating technical manual, user manual, installation guide, training manuals, user guides etc 

• Sound knowledge in Documentation Development Life Cycle ( DDLC ) 

• Reviewing the final files/documents to maintain the quality output before the delivery    

• Experience creating installation videos, walk-through videos, how to videos etc
