Job description
Should have at least 4+ years of experience in technical writing.
Should be able to conceptualize, research, plan, analyse, and author high quality technical documentation.
Should be capable of learning and adapting to technology , tools, and processes very quickly.
Should be capable of improving the content quality and usability.
Should be well versed with advanced skills in using XML based authoring tools (Oxygen XML Editor etc).
Required Candidate profile
Hands-on experience in developing documents for software and hardware products.
Should be capable of creating and maintaining for various manuals such as maintenance manuals , operators manuals , user guide, online help, installation document, and troubleshooting guide etc.
Sound knowledge of documentation tools. Exceptional communication skills, interpersonal skills, and good technical aptitude skills.
